Job Responsibilities

 

  • Handling the Microfinance loan portfolio in the allotted area of operation.
  • Verification and processing of loan applications and recommending for approval to Branch Manager.
  • Disbursement of loan and verification of end-utilisation of loan.
  • Attending client group meetings, collection and recording of loan recoveries.
  • Ensuring proper recovery of loans, follow-up of overdues to ensure regularisation.
  • Accounting and entry through branch software.Handling of banking transactions.

Desired Candidate's Profile

 

  • Higher Secondary and above.
  • Graduate and above can be directly as senior loan officer
  • Higher salary grade considered for Graduates.Age 20 to 30 years.
  • Fluency in local language.
  • Willing to relocate and stay in company provided bachelor’s accommodation.
  • Team player.Attitude and willing to work for the poor and for society.

  2. Extend help to Incharge HR about maintaining confidentiality.
  3. Implementation of the policy.
  4. Ensure that policy is maintained and controls are effectively implemented.
  5. Analyze relevance of the policy and propose changes as deem necessary.
  6. Managing conformity and taking action against any non-conformity.
  7. Reporting to Top Management
  8. Is required to review and approve the classification of the information and determine the appropriate level of security to best protect it.
  9. Classify information controlled by units not administered by a CISO.
  10. Will act as a single point of contact for all issues related to security including Cyber crime. Security team will prepare Security Plan /road map and implement the security control measures as per international security best practices standards & other guide lines as appropriate.
