Job Responsibilities


  • Handling the Microfinance loan portfolio in the allotted area of operation.
  • Verification and processing of loan applications and recommending for approval to Branch Manager.
  • Disbursement of loan and verification of end-utilisation of loan.
  • Attending client group meetings, collection and recording of loan recoveries.
  • Ensuring proper recovery of loans, follow-up of overdues to ensure regularisation.
  • Accounting and entry through branch software.Handling of banking transactions.

Desired Candidate's Profile


  • Higher Secondary and above.
  • Graduate and above can be directly as senior loan officer
  • Higher salary grade considered for Graduates.Age 20 to 30 years.
  • Fluency in local language.
  • Willing to relocate and stay in company provided bachelor’s accommodation.

Chief Financial Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization
  • Ensuring adequate internal control structure over fund transfer from branch to head office  and from head office to branch and their regular reconciliation
  • Establish credibility of Accounts & Finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial services to the Company and to Head Office
  • To provide funding requirements duly and to update fund status.
  • Prepare the annual budget and revised current year budget of the Company
  • Prepare and implement short, medium and long term financial plans to achieve business goals.
  • Provide advice on TAX & GST and levy planning (Within current legislation to enable Tax planning.)
  • Ensure the timely reporting and preparation of all monthly financial information (Income Statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Notes, Bank Reconciliations, Business Plans etc) and reports to the management.
  • Ensure efficient fund management portfolio for the company
  • To ensure and comply with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting purposes
  • Guide management for establishing professional  financial management practices.
  •  Ensuring all External and Internal audits are completed smoothly
  • Participate in IT and MIS related assignments to improve reporting
  • Corodinate and support legal issues with counsels and or regulatory authorities
  • Communication with lenders, banks and external parties
  • Train juniors and collegues

Educational Requirements

CA, CPA with post-graduate degree in Finance/ Accounting/MBA from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have demonstrated experience in the following area(s):
  • Accounts, Finance, Audit, IT, Tax (GST/ Income Tax/other Levy)
  • Must be well familiar with IAS and IFRS as related to  accounting and Financial reporting
  • Experience dealing with big 4 external auditor’s requirements
  • Experience in either branch oriented microfinance or banking Institutions, commercial bank, Public company exposure, Leasing Company, Multinational Company, NGO, Overseas Companies and or Group of Company
  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. Above average proficiency with MS office.
  • Must have above average knowledge in English both written and oral.
  • Experience dealing with other nationality
  • Highest Ethical Standards
